ACL Reconstruction Surgery
Jack Davis is a high-level soccer athlete from Alabama. He played for Vestavia High School and Alabama FC. In addition, he trained with Legion FC. Unfortunately, Jack tore his ACL in high school. He underwent successful ACL reconstruction with patellar tendon autograft and lateral extra-articular tenodesis by Dr. Momaya. In addition, he underwent a terrific rehab program led by Kevin Wilk. He was able to return to soccer and signed with Liberty University.
