ACL Surgery and Shoulder Labrum Repair
Molly, a highly recruited athlete from Seattle, Washington, injured both her ACL and labrum. She underwent surgery by Dr. Momaya to repair her labrum arthroscopically and reconstruct her ACL in addition to a lateral extra-articular iliotibial band tenodesis. She recovered from both surgeries at the same time impressively. Because of her care, she was able to return as a forward in collegiate basketball.
